1922 Foundation of SPRICK in Gütersloh with the business division of bicycles and bicycle parts

1926 Start of production of bicycle parts

1958/59 On the initiative of the son Julius Sprick Jr., bicycle assembly commences

1964 Start of bicycle production in Gütersloh, delivery of the first cash & carry markets

1973 Acquisition of the company Senori-Fahrradfabrik in Ummeln, where own frames are produced

1977 The new headquarters of the Julius Sprick GmbH & Co. KG in Gütersloh at 430 Verler Straße go up. Large production and storage building of 8,500 sm, with a separate administrative wing

Expansion of the production facility by the construction of a modern high-bay warehouse with a total volume of 35,000 cm

1982 „Sensation“ der IFMA

1989 Relocation to Oelde/Stromberg (storage capacity for 27,500 bicycles)

1990 Production of the first bicycle in Oelde/Stromberg

1993/94 Construction of a production facility in Swiebodzin, Poland, operating under the name of Sprick Rowery Sp. z o.o. (100% subsidiary of the SPRICK Group)
